Faith in Action...Service work and Dates...

God is moving in great ways at Fairview and there are many ministries taking shape!!!

Here's the list:

June 10: Blood Drive and Join us at the Plate - meal and community service project open to the public. Invite friends and neighbors to join us. Service Project this night ~ working on the yard of an elderly person that cannot take care of her yard herself.

June 17: MISSION COLUMBIA TEAM GATHERINGS - 5:30 at the building.

June17 @ 6:15: Join us at the Plate - meal and service project open to the public. Invite friends and neighbors to join us. Service Project ~ working at women's shelter.

June 24: Join us at the Plate - meal and service project open to the public. Invite friends and neighbors to join us. Service Project ~ working in yard of elderly person.

July: St. Francis House BBQ (open hand team project)

July 17: Community Movie Night! Invite friends and neighbors to join us for a free movie night the building! (Children & Families Team)

July 22-25: Fairview Road Extreme Home Makeover: Have your friends and neighbors join us as we transform the home of a needy family.

Aug 5, 12, 19 and Sept 2 - Join is at the Plate - invite friends and neighbors for meal and service project

Aug. 7: Homeless ministry to assist the homeless with food, healt hcare, housing and identification (Loss Team ministry).

Aug. 26: Going out and meeting college students ------College welcome back BBQ at Peace Park.

Aug. 30: Friends and Family Day at Fairview Road.

February 10-14: Love and Respect relationship seminar. Open to the community. (Children & Families Team ministry).

Fall: Starting a food bank at Fairview Road. Starting a food delivery ministry to the needy that cannot drive. (Open Hand Team ministry.)

Fall/Winter: Dates to be determined. Financial Peace University open to the community. (Loss Team Ministry).
